Review

First launched in 2012, the 2021 Nissan NV Passenger is a great example of a simple, no-nonsense human carrier designed to carry Homo Sapiens from the point of consumption to the point of consumption. Although others are using it with more style, the NV passenger van is done reasonably and reliably. Nissan provides three model levels and two engine options for NV 2021.

It includes most of the technology and safety features that you would expect to find on a modern carrier and performs exactly what it requires. More luxury and superior driving options are on the US market, such as the Ford Transit and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, but the cheap starting price of Nissan can’t match just 36,860 dollars.

2021 Nissan NV Passenger Interior

In the configuration of the passenger van, the NV offers seating for 12 passengers between four rows. The second, third, and fourth rows are split and removable, while the front passenger’s seat folds flat. Each row is fitted with air vents, cupholders, available leather seating surfaces, and reading with a ceiling. With all this, Nissan claims 324 possible seat configurations are available.

Just because you are carrying people rather than plumbing equipment doesn’t mean that you have a sleeker interior design: the NV Passenger Van has a more utilitarian feel in its simple dash layout. Standard interior features include air conditioning, remote keyless entry, heating and cooling vents for 12 passengers, power windows with a one-touch driver, a tilt steering column, and a 12-volt DC outlet.

We should not forget that the NV Passenger van is a flashy cargo van with seats strapped in the back so that you can take the seats in favor of a few dirt bikes. Nissan claims 218.9 cubic feet of overall cargo space. Nevertheless, given that the NV Passenger Van will spend most of its life in the position of its passenger seats, measures of the cargo bay length of 86.1 inches behind the second row, 51.7 inches behind the third row, and 18.9 inches behind the fourth row would be better. The maximum load width is 64.4 inches but is reduced to 52.1 inches on the wheelhouse floor.

The maximum height of the cargo is 51.3 inches. With all four rows of seats, the NV has a cargo capacity of 28.9 cubic feet, which is more than enough room for a healthy grocery run, but gets rid of them, making it even more promising. The wonderful thing about the NV Passenger Van is that you always have a solid compromise between cargo capacity and people space with over 324 configurations.
