2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Interior

With brushed aluminum and some of the most comfortable seats, the 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class cabin is beautifully designed.

The standard for each model is for configurable ambient interior lighting, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, heated front seats, and memory settings for the driver and front passenger seat. A head-up display, massage front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front-seat cushions are attractive options for the 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Although the trunk behind the shapely rear end of the 2021 Mercedes-Benz provides less space than some competitors, the Benz has them beat for internal cubby storage.

Lowering the rear seatbacks opens up much more space for cargo transport, but they do not fold completely flat, so it can feel like a hassle to load bulky objects. With the back seats folded up, we still managed to accommodate 18 of our carry-on suitcases inside the sedan.

Both the coupe and convertible models offer a 10-cubic-foot trunk; with the top down, however, the available space of the cabriolet model shrinks significantly. With the convertible’s top stowed inside the trunk, we could only accommodate two carry-on suitcases, but the coupe managed to handle five.

The 2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class offers standard with a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen system that can control in countless ways, including a center console touchpad as well as voice-activated commands.

With Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the MBUX system comes as standard. Those who want fancier characteristics can upgrade to a powerful stereo and wireless charging from Burmester.
