Review
The 2021 GMC Yukon XL has completely been renovated to 2021, like the Yukon and its corporate cousins Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe, and aims to be a much more appealing SUV than its predecessor. The 2021 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL are difficult to beat when it comes to a big family-carrying toy towing muscle. These SUVs are more spacious.
The new Yukon, redesigned for 2021, takes the Chevy Tahoe and Suburban mechanics out of it but takes its direction with a unique look, with some novel characteristics. There are three engines, two gasoline V-8s, and a turbo-diesel inline 6, connected by GMC’s signature push-button gear selector to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The cabin is roomier and more fitted than the one from last year, and the cargo capacity has also improved, all for a great family vacation.

2021 GMC Yukon XL Interior
The Yukon and the long-wheelbase Yukon XL promise to seat up to eight passengers in a range of flavors — from the base SLE spec to the luxury Denali — even though ordering the famous second-row captain’s chairs would lower the total seven. Top-of-the-line Denali models feature a distinctive interior design, including a wooden trim dashboard and hand-stitched leather upholstery. In SLT, AT4, and Denali, the driver can move the center console forward and back over 10-inch tracks, making bulkier first-row cargo like a purse or backpack to fit other smaller objects out of sight in secret cubbies.
A new power-sliding center console is also included. Cargo capacity is generous, particularly for the larger XL model, with a total cargo space of 145 cubic feet and all seats in place. This is more than the Ford Expedition Max and its rival around the town (121.5 cubic feet behind its front row of seats). The Yukon standard length offered plenty of room behind its third-row seats for six carry-on case rows; we fit 35 in the third and the second rows.
All Yukon models come with a big GMC IntelliLink infotainment display, and the system was found to be simple to use. SLE, SLT, and AT4 are equipped with a high center of the dashboard, but Denali is chromed with bright colors and is embedded into the dashboard for a better look. The standard equipment is Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration and the 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot; both navigation and audio are optional.

Should I Buy a GMC Yukon XL 2021?
Yeah, it is a good option to buy because the 2021 Yukon XL is an expanded version of the GMC Yukon. They are both larger and have higher towing characteristics than three-row crossover SUVs like GMC’s own Acadia.
