Review

The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer is the third lowest in our SUV rankings. Their tight rear seats and small cargo keep their practicality in contrast to other class models and provide a firm ride. Despite sharing its name with one of the most popular of Chevy’s 4x4s, the Blazer 2021 is an incredibly ordinary crossover. This two-row mid-sizer certainly stands out, even compared to its various rivals, with its aggressive front and rough bodywork.

The Blazer is fitted with a 308-hp V-6 and RS torque-vectoring all-wheel-drive system and supports its sporty appearance with attractive driving dynamics. There is a wide rear seat and generous cargo room inside, but some of the inside material is lackluster, and the view outside is compromised. Those who want the most desirable features and the most expensive models that decrease Chevy’s value against competitors have to shell out. Still, shoppers will enjoy what the 2021 Blazer has to offer with its elegant and enjoyable crossover.

What is the seating capacity?

The Chevy Blazer is a double-row SUV with five seats. There are plenty of rooms up the front, but the Camaro-like styling offers the passengers a sloping roof capable of cramped up taller passengers. The chairs are good, and a good driving spot is easy to find. It’s also quick to enter or exit the car.  Standard cloth upholstery. Other features include heated and ventilated front seats, front leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, and heated rear seats. There are also heating or power changes for the steering wheel.

The Blazer’s back outboard seats are two full sets of LATCH connections and a tether anchor for the rear center seat.

Interior Quality

The touch screen responds quickly to input and is easily visible when driving with its compact graphics. Some critics consider that the physical controls are put in hard-to-reach positions.

  • Standard features: An 8″ touch screen, a stereo for six speakers, Bluetooth, four USB ports, hot wi-fi, and a smartphone via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
  • Available features: navigation, charging of wireless devices, satellite radio, and a Bose sound system eight-speaker
  • Additional standard features: keyless entry proximity, start button, and automatic double-zone climate control
