Review
The 2021 Audi SQ7 lineup includes the Premium Plus and Prestige trim levels. A twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine paired with eight-speed automatic transmission powers both versions. A 48-volt mild-hybrid system assists the powertrain. Both variants come equipped with Quattro all-wheel drive. On and off the road, the Audi SQ7 was handled all way threw at it for a week. It sounds incredible when it starts up, and when the 500-hp twin-turbo V8 sings, it’s unrivaled.
When you add in the fact that it’s as comfy as any luxury cruiser on its softest setting, you’ve got yourself a winner. Meanwhile, the SQ7 is equipped with a 19-speaker Bose 3D to Surround sound system with a 15-channel amplifier and 558 total watts out of the box, but purchasers can upgrade to a 23-speaker, 1,920-watt system. Bluetooth, HD Radio, and a SiriusXM trial subscription are all included. Keyless entry, a panoramic sunroof, push-button start, four-zone temperature control, a heated tilt, a telescopic steering wheel, eight-way power front seats, and power-folding third-row seats are standard all variants.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide full smartphone integration and HD Radio, SiriusXM, and Bluetooth streaming. A 12.3-inch instrument cluster and a 19-speaker sound system are also offered. In terms of infotainment, both variants feature a dual-screen setup with Audi’s MMI software, with the main screen measuring 10.1 inches and the lower screen measuring 8.6 inches.

2021 Audi SQ7 Interior
The SQ7’s cabin is a beautiful work of art. The minimalistic design is an undeniable victory, and it’s wonderfully minimalist without compromising any technology or comfort. Due to its ample trunk space, the SQ7 is a perfect companion for more extended travel. There are just 14.2 cubic feet of trunk space behind the third row, which isn’t much, but it’s significantly more when the third row is folded.
The interior is almost flawless, but it’s up against the GLE 580, and Merc is known for producing exquisite cabins. Still, the SQ7’s interior is a tremendous victory, and you’ll be pampered from point A to point B. The SQ7 sits seven people in three rows. The third row is also power-folding, but it’s pretty tiny, so it’s probably only ideal for young children. It has headroom of 35.9 inches, a shoulder room of 49.4 inches, and a legroom of slightly more than 29 inches.
Touch-sensitive surfaces can be found almost everywhere, but they aren’t in an annoying way. On the contrary, it’s one of the only cars in its class with a dual-screen infotainment system, and Audi’s MMI software is a luxury once you get used to it.
Infotainment, Bluetooth, and Navigation
The infotainment system in the Audi has two screens. The lower screen holds the climate controls, which are convenient to have on hand at all times, while the top screen handles everything else. With MMI Navigation plus with voice control, wireless Apple CarPlay, a limited-time subscription to Audi connect services, and wired Android Auto, the Audi virtual cockpit is standard all across the board.

Should I Buy a 2021 Audi SQ7?
Overall yes, the Audi SQ7 2021 competes favorably with its German counterparts. The Prestige trim adds adaptive cruise control, a head-up display, and ventilated seats for around $6,000. That’s about a 7% difference, and we think it’s worthwhile. However, because the SQ7 is only available with one engine and two-wheel options, there are few more options available.
