Review
The 2020 Maserati Quattroporte interior is beautifully designed with luxurious materials in crucial areas, although a few minor details detract from the overall enjoyment and ease of use. A few panels are made of hard plastic. Still, the paddle shifters, which impede access to turn the signal stalk, and the shifter, which lacked clearly defined detents for determining the direction of movement, are the most irritating.
Although the cabin is a pleasant location, it lacks some amenities and innovations found in the latest crop of sector competitors. This isn’t to imply that passengers won’t enjoy it. Still, the lack of luxuries such as massage seats, heated armrests, and second-row infotainment screens demonstrates that the Quattroporte’s mission differs from other large luxury cars.
The 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine produces 424 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque in the Maserati Quattroporte Italian beauty, while a more powerful 3.8-liter V8 produces 523 horsepower and 524 lb-ft of torque in the GTS. A smooth-shifting 8-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels at the rear.
Only rear-wheel drive is offered with the V8 engine. The performance is adequate but not up to the standards set by the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the BMW 7 Series. Neither of these, however, can compete with Quattroporte’s soundtrack. Despite its enormous dimensions and luxurious equipment, the Maserati Quattroporte is more a large driver’s car than a large luxury sedan.

2020 Maserati Quattroporte Interior
Interior Quality
Soft leather, Ermenegildo Zegna silk, natural carbon fiber, genuine wood, and well-finished metal accents look and feel great. Still, they’re mixed in with cheaper plastic bits and switchgear ripped straight from the Chrysler parts catalog in the 2020 Quattroporte’s cabin (Fiat Chrysler owns Maserati). The Executive Rear Seat upgrade features reclining seats in the back. However, this appears to be a move made to keep up with the Germans on the spec sheet.
Cargo Space
There are five seats in the Quattroporte, with 42.1 inches of legroom in the front and 35.0 inches in the back. However, the trunk space of the prominent Italian is more than that of its German counterparts, at 18.7 cubic feet.
Infotainment, Bluetooth, and Navigation
The Quattroporte has an 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen that the driver may use with their voice or a console-mounted control dial. Bluetooth audio streaming, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and GPS navigation are standard features. One USB port is located between the front seats, and a second USB port is available for passengers in the second row. In the gauge cluster, there is a 7.0-inch information display. A 10-speaker Harman Kardon audio system is standard on all versions, with a 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins premium system available as an option.

Should I Buy a 2020 Maserati Quattroporte?
Despite its good looks, the 6th edition Maserati Quattroporte falls short of its German rivals in quality and performance. It also comes with fewer standard amenities and driver assistance systems. It has some exciting engine options, but they aren’t as powerful as the class leaders. One of these Italian exotics also has a higher asking price than the rivals. After careful consideration, the 2020 Maserati Quattroporte S V6 with RWD appears to be the best option. It has plenty of power, and thanks to its reduced price, the 2020 Maserati Quattroporte sedan won’t break the bank or consume nearly as much gas as the V8 version. It also sounds fantastic. Adaptive full LED headlights, 12-way power front seats, dual-zone climate control, blind-spot recognition, and forward-collision warning are standard on the RWD V6 S variant.

Is Ghibli or Quattroporte better?
The Quattroporte has a similar look to the Ghibli. Still, it has larger interior space, a longer wheelbase of 124.8 inches, a total length of 207.2 inches, and a more classically sumptuous interior than Ghibli’s athletic, modern look.
How fast does a Maserati Quattroporte go?
The Maserati Quattroporte GTS narrowly defeats the Maserati Levante Trofeo with a top speed of 190 mph. With the remarkable exception of the MC20, it is faster than all other Maserati vehicles and SUVs.
