Review

In one word, the performance of the 2020 Lamborghini Aventador S is incredible. The 0-62 mph speed takes just 2.9 seconds, 0-124 mph takes 8.8 seconds, and 0-186 mph takes 24.2 seconds when power is sent to all four wheels. With adequate space and guts, a high speed of 217 mph is achievable. It’s a seven-speed, single-clutch automatic transmission that can’t compete with the latest dual-clutch transmissions. Because the shifts are either too sluggish or harsh, it’s tough to strike the correct balance with this gearbox.

The 6.5-liter V12’s 730 horsepower and 507 lb-ft of torque are one-half of the story, but it’s the engine’s red line, which has been raised to 8,500 rpm, that you’ll notice the most that there’s nothing like pushing a naturally aspirated motor to its limit. Granted, you can have a similar feeling in the Ferrari 812 Superfast, which is considerably more powerful. Long live the massive V12 in both circumstances.

The Aventador S, like previous Lamborghinis, comes in a broad range of colors, with over 40 to choose from. After passing through the stunning scissor doors, you’ll find yourself in a racy cockpit that hasn’t changed much. Some fighter aircraft details, such as the flap concealing the engine start/stop button and a row of toggle switches, serve as a reminder of what you’re sitting in.

What is the seating capacity?

The Aventador S is a two-seater only. The scissor doors that open skyward make getting into the supercar a spectacle in itself, and ingress and egress aren’t too difficult, but getting out of the low-set seat requires more work.

Interior Quality

The interior of the Aventador is a beautiful blend of leather, carbon fiber, and metal-look trim that you may personalize to your liking. You can choose from Sportivo leather, Elegante leather, or Alcantara upholstery in addition to the unicolor leather.

Cargo Space

Even goods for weekend trips away may struggle to fit in the tiny space supplied by the frunk, which has only about five cubic feet of capacity. Inside, small-item storage is limited to a narrow glovebox and a center storage compartment that only fits a small wallet and a few other items.

Infotainment, Bluetooth, and Navigation

A digital TFT display in front of the driver varies depending on the four driving modes selected. The middle screen is used for all other functions. The Lamborghini’s infotainment system hasn’t progressed significantly, which would have been good. It feels a step behind the greatest, and the aesthetics aren’t exceptional because it’s based on an older version of Audi’s MMI. Apple CarPlay, thankfully, has been added to a list of standard features that include Bluetooth connectivity, navigation with traffic information, and text-to-speech functionality. Otherwise, the audio system is fundamental, offering adequate rather than exceptional sound quality.

Should I Buy a 2020 Lamborghini Aventador S?

Only one trim to pick from your end product will determine the options offered and your budget. Because the value for money isn’t considered at this price point, we’d order ours with the external carbon fiber package and sport bucket seats, as the regular seats aren’t particularly supportive. Aside from that, you’ll most likely need roughly $10,000 to specify your preferred paint and wheel combinations. The total comes to about $444,236. However, this is merely scraping the surface of how much an Aventador S can cost when fully loaded, with prices quickly approaching $500,000. It may the choice for people that have a large bank balance.

You may also Ask for

Is the 2020 Lamborghini Aventador S a good car?

The Aventador S looks just like the car it replaces: aggressive, exhilarating, and magnificent. However, driving is now even more enjoyable. The new four-wheel steering system, as well as other changes, have helped to overcome the supercar’s massive bulk and made it easier to control, particularly at lower speeds. The Ego driving mode is also a welcome addition, allowing drivers to fine-tune the suspension, steering, and powertrain to their preferences. Even if these enhancements were not made, the Aventador’s 730-horsepower V12 engine is a work of art in and of itself, ensuring the Lamborghini’s legendary reputation.

What is a Aventador S worth?

With a price tag of $417,826, the Aventador S is only available to society’s upper crust. Optional extras (which can quickly add tens of thousands of dollars), tax, license, registration, and a $3,495 destination charge are all excluded from that price.

Is a Aventador S a reliable car?

The Lamborghini Aventador S was subject to one recall, according to the NHTSA, for engine management software that could cause a stall when coasting to a halt. Models from the years 2017 to 2019 are included in the recall. Aside from that, there have been no recalls for this model.
